How do I apply for a job?
You can express your interest in a job from within the job details page.
How do I know if I get a job?
You will receive a message in the app inviting you to a job. If you accept, you will then have visibility of any available shift(s) and be able to book these. Please note, all of our shifts are provided on a first come, first served basis.
How do I book shifts?
If there are available shifts, these will be displayed on the revlevant job details page.
Where do I need to turn up for my shift?
You will see the location address of the job within the job details page. You should check travel and location of the job in advance of your shift(s) so that you ensure you have enough time to get there safely and on time. If you have any issues on arrival, please call the hirer directly on arrival at the address - contact details should be available within the job details screen on the app.
How do I submit my timesheet?
You create your timesheet by clicking "Check-In" against the job on your app upon arrival at your shift, and clicking "Check-out" when you finish. Please remember to do this as we cannot pay you without a timesheet.
How do I add unpaid breaks onto my timesheet?
Please put your breaks (in minutes) into the box marked with an *. You will also be required to leave a note against your timesheet.
Why can't I submit my timesheet?
Please check that you are on a stable internet connection when you attempt to check-out. Please also double-check that you’ve entered any unpaid breaks. If you’re still having issues, please send a screenshot of the issue to us via the in-app chat (Contact Flexy), or email@example.com so our tech team can investigate.
Can I work for other agencies at the same time as Flexy?
Yes of course, you are not bound to work with us exclusively, but we do encourage users to request their P45 from us if they don't intend to work for us again in the future. You can do this by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
What happens if I can no longer attend my booked shift?
Reliability is very important to us, so only book shifts you're sure you can attend. If you're no longer able to make a shift you have booked it's vital you cancel the shift within the job details page. So that we can ensure our clients are not let down, we operate a 48h cancellation policy. Not attending shifts, or not providing adequate notice will result in account suspension.
