Can I work for other agencies at the same time as Flexy?
Yes of course, you are not bound to work with us exclusively, but we do encourage users to request their P45 from us if they don't intend to work for us again in the future.
What happens if I can no longer attend my booked shift?
Reliability is very important to us, so only book shifts you're sure you can attend. If you're no longer able to make a shift you have booked it's vital you cancel the shift within the job details page. So that we can ensure our clients are not let down, we operate a 48h cancellation policy. Not attending shifts, or not providing adequate notice will result in account suspension.
