All employees are aware that this policy exists. Our zero-tolerance approach to discrimination, victimisation, harassment or bullying must be communicated to all suppliers, contractors and business partners at the outset of our business relationship with them and reinforced as appropriate thereafter. This policy will be reviewed regularly and any changes will be communicated to all contacts at the time of the change(s).
BREACHES OF THIS POLICY
Any employee or worker who breaches this policy will face disciplinary action, which could result in dismissal for misconduct or gross misconduct, or termination of contract. We may also terminate our relationship with other individuals and organisations working on our behalf if they breach this policy.
REPORTING A BREACH
It is extremely important that we are advised immediately if a breach of this policy is reported to have taken place. This must be reported to the company Operations team at the earliest opportunity so that the matter can be investigated and dealt with as soon as possible.
