Why has my shift been cancelled?
Unfortunately, shifts can occasionally be cancelled by a Hirer – this means that the planned shift is not going ahead, and you should not turn up for this shift. You will still be connected to the job and if new shifts are added later you will be able to re-book.
What if I had multiple shifts booked with this Hirer?
If you had multiple shifts booked with the same Hirer, check your 'My shifts' timeline in the menu for confirmation of which shifts are still planned to go ahead.
Will I be paid for a cancelled shift?
No – we encourage Hirers to provide adequate notice of shift cancellations. In the unlikely event that your shift is cancelled after you have arrived for work, please contact us.
